The Great Thoe Adventure: Madame Tussauds

We bought several one year memberships to some Sydney attractions last year when we were settling in and checking the city out. We are now getting to the end of those memberships. We will renew the membership to Taronga zoo, but we are going to let the other ones go. One of the memberships got us into a bunch of attractions: Wildlife Sydney, Sea Life Aquarium, Manly Sea Life Sanctuary, Sydney Tower Eye, and Madame Tussauds wax museum. We have visited each of those at least once in the past year except for Madame Tussauds. It wasn't as high on the priority list, but we wanted to go in at least once while we didn't have to pay anything extra for it. So, we headed down to Darling Harbour to check it out on Sunday, May 26th. It was a lot of fun for the family. The kids had a blast dressing up in the props provided by Madame Tussauds.

Carter had to stand next to Julia also. He got the honor of wearing a British nobleman's coronet. Somehow I think these hats belonged with the Queen of England wax figure (which was nearby).

Aubrey with her musical inspiration, Beyonce. Aubrey has loved the song "All the Single Ladies" since I found her dancing to it when she was about a year and a half old.

Aubrey next to Korean entertainer Kim Hyun Joong. He is a singer/dancer, but I think Aubrey thought he was a martial arts star. She was trying to look tough next to him.
